  • Work in cross functional teams to drive project completion.

  • Assist the project engineering team in tracking essential projects to completion.

  • Plans and coordinates meetings and project deadlines for various departments within the organization.

  • May assist the product engineering team with other duties as assigned.


  • Pursuing a 4 year degree in project management, business management or engineering management technology.

  • Prior project management experience either through educational situations or job experience is preferred.

  • Must have exceptional organizational and communications skills.

Adheres to and follows the Home Health Aide plan of service reflecting client/family/case manager request of care.  <br />  <br /> <strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS </strong></p> <ul> <li>Performs duties in the Service Plan as prepared.  </li> <li>Responsible for assisting the client in the completion of activities of daily living (ADLs) which include, but are not limited to bathing, skin care, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting needs.  </li> <li>Observes and reports any changes in the patient condition.  </li> <li>Assists the client with ambulation and transfers. </li> <li>May transfer clients using mechanical lifts.  </li> <li>Plans and prepares nutritious meals for the client as directed.  </li> <li>Assists in the maintenance of a healthful and safe environment.</li> <li>Provides light housekeeping including laundering of clients garments and linens.  </li> <li>Keeps care recipient active and engaged in daily activities of living.  </li> <li>May remind the client and/or family to administer oral medications (ordinarily self-administered) as prescribed by a physician.    </li> <li>Documents all services provided and completes care logs for each shift.</li> <li>Communicates all changes in care recipient’s physical or mental condition to the office including suspicions of exploitation, abuse or neglect.</li> <li>Submits care logs to the office as required.  </li> <li>Maintains confidentiality regarding client information and all related documentation.  </li> <li>Participates in mandatory company training and agency initiative and/or as required by the office, federal and/or state regulations.  </li> <li>Attends 12 hours of in-service per calendar year and mandatory agency meetings/training. </li> </ul> <p> <br /> Minimum Requirement for the position  18 years of age or older.   <br /> <br /> Must have a reliable source of transportation along with a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance if driving while on the job or seeing multiple clients per day. <br />  <br /> <strong>Preferred Education and Experience  </strong></p> <ul> <li>At least one year of experience caring for seniors preferably as a Nursing Assistant.    </li> <li>Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant  High school diploma or GED</li> </ul> Alliance Home Health Care Services Otsego MI
