Position Description

The Project Management Intern will work closely with the Project Manager and project teams to assist in planning, organizing, and executing various projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to gain hands-on experience in project management within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This position is 100% In-Person at the Massey Services Corporate Office.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination

Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.

2.Communication and Documentation

Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project schedules. Assist in communicating project updates to team members and stakeholders.

3.Task Execution and Follow-up

Collaborate with team members to execute project tasks and deliverables. Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

4.Data Analysis and Reporting

Assist in collecting and analyzing project data. Contribute to the preparation of project reports for management review.

5.Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with team members from different departments to ensure project alignment with overall organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

6.Problem Solving and Decision Making

Participate in identifying and addressing project-related challenges. Contribute to decision-making processes to keep projects on track.

Education/Experience

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

Professional Certifications

None required.

Skills

• MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint & Excel, and related software

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is advantageous.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
