RESPONSIBILITIES The Project Management Coordinator will coordinate internal finance project management activities and provide project management support to other functional areas within PROMETRIKA as needed: Coordinate monthly Project Finance Review meetings with executive management for all impacted projects at PROMETRIKA including scheduling the meetings, preparing agendas, preparing minutes, and assisting other project managers with preparing the necessary reports, as needed Support Project Managers in project set-up and close-out tasks Assist with the processing of newly executed Statements of Works or Amendments Assist with the creation and update of Budget to Actual and Budgeted Hours spreadsheets for projects Assist project managers in the oversight of sponsor projects including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, timelines, and ensuring that project communications are appropriately documented Assist in the management of documents to be submitted to a Trial Master File for any assigned project Assist Project Managers in the documentation of project-specific training in PROMETRIKA's LMS Perform other duties as assigned Learning opportunities Learn about clinical research in general and over time more specifically about Data Safety Monitoring Boards Learn about the various types of clinical trials in the biopharmaceutical industry Develop project management skills within the clinical research arena with the intent of a career path in project management EDUCATION Bachelor's degree EXPERIENCE Demonstrated expertise with PCs and standard Microsoft Office software applications, in particular, Excel Experience in the life sciences industry preferred but not required SKILLS Fluency in spoken and written English Fit-for-purpose quantitate and analytical skills Keen attention to detail Ability to work on multiple projects, balance work load and meet deadlines Effective communication skills, written and verbal Strong interpersonal and customer-oriented skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Incumbents generally must be able to, with or without accommodation, have the proficient use of both sensory perception/clarity and muscle control/coordination. This may include vision (near, far, color, glare control), hearing (auditory attention, sound localization), speech, strength, agility, dexterity flexibility, steadiness or reaction time.
