Job Description


Management Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Develop project plan and project schedule based on inputs from project team Leads
Maintaining and monitoring project plan and project schedule and provide weekly progress status update
Organizing, attending and facilitating in stakeholder meetings and project status meeting
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Weekly project status meeting, Steering committee meetings and other project meetings as required
    Ensuring project deadlines are met.
    Managing project changes with close collaboration with project team leads
    Providing administrative support as needed.
    Undertaking project tasks as required.
    Ensuring project adhere to frameworks and all standard documentation is maintained appropriately for the project in Project SharePoint repository Document project risks and issues and offer mitigation options where applicable working with project team Leads
    Distribute meeting minutes to stakeholders and project team.
    Create and manage project calendar to manage various requirement workshop, technical meetings, review meetings, status meetings, Leave and holidays !

Additional Skills :
Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.
3-5 years' experience in IT project management

  • Planning phase, requirement phase, Design and implementation phase project experience.
    Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
    Competency in Microsoft applications including

  • MS schedule, Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point and Outlook.
    Competency in using SharePoint for project repository.
    Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
    Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Additional skill set:
Experience in using JIRA tool for requirement management desirable but not required
Experience in Agile project methodology

This position will assist with the monitoring and update of key Facilities reports relating to the company's facilities including occupancy, terms, etc. This team member also has contact with vendors, brokers, property management and corporate offices.The Facilities Project Coordinator will provide support to the Facilities department and the population of GM Financial in general with issues relating to the facilities that GM Financial occupies or is considering for occupation. This team member will assist the Property Supervisor with facilities related projects and issues. Responsibilities JOB DUTIES * Maintain service tickets/orders for assigned areas of responsibility * Inspect assigned areas of responsibility to ensure they are maintained to GMF requirements * Develop orders and check requests * Assist with office expenses * Assist with the management of construction schedules * Coordinate the purchasing, delivery and installation as required including, but not limited to furniture, cabling, phone systems, etc * Maintain lease information * Assist with the coordination of the Engineering department Qualifications Knowledge * General understanding of building and construction terms * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access, and Project * Working knowledge of basic computer skills Skills * Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills * Must be able to work independently and make effective decisions in a timely manner * Must be customer and results focused; maintain a high energy level; be open-minded/flexible; capable of staying calm during stressful situations * Possess the ability to work independently and authoritatively to meet deadlines * Must be able to maintain confidentiality Additional Knowledge and Skills * General understand of building and construction terms Education * High School Diploma required Experience * 2-4 years experience required Work Conditions * Occasional overtime or split shifts may be required * Subject to loud noise * Subject to stressful situations * Some travel required * Fast-paced office environment * Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers * Work a flexible schedule including extended business hours, weekends and holidays * Flexible schedule with possibility of working long hours * Limited travel may be required to support business needs * Must be able to deal with stressful office conditions while troubleshooting problems GM Financial Arlington TX
