We are seeking a Project Management Coordinator to join our Collaborations & Product Development team. The Project Coordinator will work to facilitate special projects with our private label clients. The Project Coordinator will use behind-the-scenes facilitation and customer-facing knowledge to ensure project completion and the highest level of client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for design and enjoys managing and coordinating projects.

Bachelors Degree in related field, preferably Merchandising
1-3 years of relevant experience
Computer Skills Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint; Photoshop and CAD is a plus
Initiative and ability to work independently (self-direction), while also thriving in a setting requiring collaboration and teamwork
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as, verbal and written communication skills
Able to react quickly with strong sense of urgency and multi-task
Strategic communicator with dynamic attitude; Ability to articulate and sell ideas

Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through
Proven, strong organizational skills
Ability to travel domestically
