• Sales Center:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing information, selling products, assistance, and troubleshooting support.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, other communication channels, and live chat, resolving issues and addressing concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer interactions and transaction(s) records in the business sheets & CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers
• Project Management:
  • Execute assigned project tasks, including planning and coordination with internal teams.
  • Communicate project task status updates to stakeholders and provide regular reports on project performance.
  • Ensure project tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, and/or call center operations.
• Proven track record of success as a sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.                
• Familiarity with using CRM software and project management tools.
• Experience in project management, with the ability to coordinate tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, shift dynamically, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
