Job Description
Fluor is seeking a Project Management and Execution Lead for the Greenville, SC office.
This position will oversee ATLS projects for North America, with responsibility for risk and prime contract management, construction and fabrication, commissioning and validation, OSR/Compliance, and the Multi Projects Group. It will serve as a critical role for ATLS as Fluor expands the project management organization.
Develop a complete understanding of Fluor prime contracts and any relevant subcontracts
Ensure execution of all aspects of the project in accordance with contractual obligations, Fluor's
Operating System Requirements (OSR) and the relevant Operating System Implementation Plan
(OSIP)
project system start-up and close-out requirements
Establish the project baseline (as defined in the OSR), and ensure that it is fully documented,
updated throughout all project phases, and appropriately communicated to Fluor project team
Deliver the project in accordance with the project execution and commercial baselines
Meet the as-sold profitability target established in the project commercial baseline, and ensure
project leads communicate specific contents with relevant project team members
Promptly prepare a contract summary and communicate it to the project leads
Ensure preparation of a written scope of facilities and services, and communicate it to project
leads, and ensure project leads communicate specific contents with relevant project team
members
to ensure the safety, quality, value, timeliness, and profitability of the total project execution
(engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM),
commissioning, start up, and operations as appropriate to Fluor project scope)
effectively executed among multiple offices and construction sites
project life-cycle, perform initial and quarterly project BRMF assessments, and ensure the
coordination of the project BRMF results with Fluor financial reporting
project status, including client relations, project cost and schedule, changes in risk assessment,
anticipated changes in project financial performance, and any other major concerns
Preferred Qualifications
Jobsite experience and understanding of construction safety program
Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM) project management
Project or area management experience in international locations and diverse cultural
environments
Demonstration of successful performance as project manager on a minimum of two (2) medium to large sized projects or multiple project assignments in a significant role on large to very large sized EPFC/CM projects
Completion of all required in-house project management courses in addition to courses
obtained from university or other qualified sources
