The Leidos Civil Group is seeking a Project and Program Management Analyst to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC III) team. In this position, you will be supporting the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Environmental Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) Programs with the goal of mitigating organizational risks and assisting the FAA achieve an improved state of compliance with Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Federal, State, and Local law.
The position will provide support to the EOSH Incident Reporting and OSH Data Analysis/Safety and Training Integration programs
Maintain program documents (e.g. EOSH Universe), and program plans.
Generate updated program documents and program management plan (PMP) quarterly.Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support in reviewing current and/or updated related regulations, standards, and guidance, and update applicable orders and other FAA documentation accordingly. Perform quarterly review of FAA OSH programs presented on various FAA media, including: TechNet and EOSH Services Group intranet site.Perform an analysis of incidents in the Service Areas (SAs) - quarterly.
Generate Service Area Incident Analysis Report. Assist Service Area, Regional, and Center personnel and/or stakeholders with EOSH program reviews related to incidents, SMIS and safety evaluations, etc, as requested by GTI. Note activities in Monthly TO Status Report.Review current eLMS training for SMIS - bi-annually and note activities in Monthly TO Status Report.Provide SME support to assist with development of annual OSH report to OSHA and BLS - annually, then generate annual OSH report
Review the FAA's injury/illness database (SMIS) - Weekly, then note activities in Monthly TO Status ReportPerform analysis of FAA incidents to identify trends and common factors and prepare incident trend reports on a monthly basis; reports are due by end of first week of every month.Review and process FAA Form 3900-6 and review all work-related incidents to ensure proper reporting in SMIS - Weekly, then note activities in Monthly TO Status Report.Maintain safety integration program dashboard and reports on FAA injury and illness data for FAA and other LOBs

Due per Customer/Contractor schedule.Generate draft of the annual OSHA's Form 300 for all Headquarters FAA establishments and/or facilities. This form is due annually per Customer/Contractor schedule.Provide record keeping training (e.g. OSHA's Form 300, SMIS, FAA Form 3900-6, etc.) to affected personnel as requested by GTI.Coordinate new or updated Safety Emergency Notices (SENs) with responsible FAA personnel and/or Line of Business (LOB) - as requested by GTI (estimate
2 SENs per month).Provide support for the EOSH internal communication tools (e.g. SEN, KSN, intranet) as requested by GTI.Attend related meetings, telecons, etc., and prepare meeting minutes or notes, and action items as requested by GTI.Note: This position can be based out of Lawndale, CA or Washington DC.
Typical education and experience: Typically requires a BA degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Skills in database management must include: MS Office Suite (specifically a high level of knowledge in Excel), working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, encryption (Secure Zip), and secure medical folder storage skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Experience in customer service health related field or customer account management service.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational skills, to include attention to detail and follow-through.
All work occurs within FAA facilities during administrative days of the week; typical administrative days
Experience or knowledge of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and Office of Personnel Management processes for Employee Medical Folders (which are personnel records) is preferable.Strongly prefer some prior FAA Experience
