Job Summary: The Project Management Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of project management administrative duties to support the company in creating efficiency and effectiveness for our customers. General duties include but are not limited to preparing project documentation, purchasing, report preparation, professional writing, and online content management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing project submittals

  • Preparing project close-out packages.

  • Maintain documents and client database(s), including contract documents, project plans, project reports, project deliverables, and project trackers as required

  • Coordinate and schedule project material deliveries on an as-needed basis

  • Assist Project Manager with general project duties

  • Provide general administrative support.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent attention to detail is a must to ensure all work is accurate and timely.

  • Must have a strong sense of urgency and superior client service skills to respond promptly to customer needs.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate issues to management.

  • Great time management and organizational skills with the ability to take direction and work independently or in a team.

  • Ability to ensure privacy of highly confidential documents and information.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

  • Must be proficient with basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & MS Project).

  • Experience with software programs such as Bluebeam, Plan Grid, & Smart Sheets a plus.

  • Field experience in structured cabling is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
