The Project Logistics Lead/Supervisor will be the key logistical lead for domestic and global facilities, shipments, and training events. The Project Coordinator III will provide direction to facility personnel, coordinate logistics, use analytical and decision-making skills to fulfill resource requirements, oversee and maintain all necessary inventories, and implement and reconcile financial processes for the facility.
Manage Aero and O&G NAM Project Logistics Coordinators, including training and growth opportunities, employee performance evaluations, and address daily employee needs and requests
Work with FieldCore departments to improve project set-up, simplify billing documentation input and output, drive project close-out processes and project financial reconciliation. Maintain weekly rigor for financial pacing.
Migrate from manual to automated billing back-up for GE Billing. Load timecards, travel expenses, tooling usage, freight shipments, and supplier invoices into GE's platforms. Drive billing back-up process improvements, leveraging OpenText.
Perform Project Back-up functions, which includes organizing signed Timesheets, Expenses receipts from Field Employees and tooling costs, verifying that billing back-up aligns to customer expectations
Coordinate travel and logistics for personnel mobilizing to billable jobs and training
Partner with sourcing to work with local, approved businesses to reduce cost and maximize flexibility during high facility utilization
Maintain and purchase all necessary materials, PPE, equipment and supplies through Ariba to support Field Services
Partner with tooling organization to bill tooling and provide back-up in a timely and accurate manner
Develop and maintain a training plan for the Project Logistics Coordinator role
Publish monthly Operating Metric reports for RM and SM goals

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management from an accredited university or college
Minimum of five years' operations, project management, or product management experience including quality, technical, administrative, financial and contractual
