The Project Leader will be involved on the deployment of bio

Merieux solutions and will ensure execution and delivery of project objectives in adherence with company methodology, through management of all project dimensions: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality and Performance. The deployment activities will include complex solutions, such as WASPLab and a full solution of bio

Merieux systems (Myla, Vitek 2 , Vitek MS, Virtuo, etc.) and launches, as well as new releases or new products in link with the Go to Market (G2M). The Project Leader will work closely with bio

Merieux subsidiaries and customers. The level of involvement/support will be directly linked to the project complexity and also to the subsidiaries skills and resources. The Project Leader will be involved in the early stages of the project from the presale for the complex solution, or during the development phases for the new launches, up to the routine.

  • Own corporate and project objectives, and key success factors defined during the project definition phase; design the project scope, deadlines and budget. Define the project plan including critical milestones from launch to closing, according to selected implementation methodology. Implement the project activities in adherence with project objectives.

  • Define, monitor and report on project costs. Identify and mitigate risks to project budget.

  • Lead a transversal team ; coordinate and supervise the activities of team members. Confirm resource requirements and discuss necessary adjustments with resource managers to ensure availability.

  • Manage the project risk analysis and manage implementation of associated risk reduction measures. Escalate to the ad hoc project governance instance if necessary.

  • Identify, prioritize and proactively monitor changes that may affect the project.

  • Ensure that all the elements necessary for the success of the project are identified, defined and monitored throughout the project life cycle.

  • Identify and implement change management in response to business drivers.

  • Communicate progress against objectives of the project to all stakeholders.


  • Master degree in Engineering or biotechnology

The Large Project Pursuit Leader is responsible for managing key oil and gas/ chemicals sales opportunities considered strategic to Rockwell Automation. The role requires leveraging significant industry and financial business knowledge to create demand and persuade through the development/ presentation of compelling purchasing rationales in a highly competitive environment. Viewed as an elite sales leader by the company and in the market, the Pursuit Leader is accountable for driving strategic deals to closure. The Large Project Pursuit Leader sets the strategic objectives and winning strategy for pursuits working in conjunction with the local account team, EPC BDM team, SSB, as well the Global team Industry team. Responsibilities: * Regularly interacts with "C" level Executives and senior management both internal to RA and with major clients. * Establishes and maintains relationships at an executive level with target accounts and engaging with Rockwell business unit leadership, field sales and RA distributors to ensure effective pursuit strategy and execution. * Partners and collaborates with the sales force on key opportunities to drive the full portfolio of Rockwell Automation products, services, solutions including, network & security, safety, life cycle management, remote monitoring and support. * Responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies and plans to exceed RA growth and performance objectives. * Identifies competitive and new business opportunities. * Analyzes accounts and develops an account strategy and penetration plan with Rockwell field sales and distributor to increase Rockwell share position at assigned accounts. * Establishes executive level relationships within the customer base and understands customer applications, processes, and business model. * Assembles the right resources to impact the customer's decision process and presents solutions to the customer (value proposition). This includes Rockwell Automation resources in addition to partners. * Defines the value proposition for opportunity, also the "influence plan", at the End-user, Feed EPC, EPC's levels to ensure a winning proposal is submitted. * Customizes multi-product, multi-vendor solutions from the Rockwell portfolio and our partner network to deliver economic value add to assigned/target accounts. * Provides project target and opportunity goals to regional account sales to manage funnel for the Customer Relationship Management system. * Leads development of the bidding and pricing strategy, including the solution and delivery model. * Supports the negotiations and facilitates obtaining management approvals for bid investments, bid approvals, contacts terms and conditions (T&Cs) and pricing. * Coordinate the appropriate resources to identify opportunities and integrates competitive data and strategy into proposals. * Ensures thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies Policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. * Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network.
