Implementation Management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of implementations on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of implementations, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress. This position will report into Director of Operations.An ideal candidate would have:5 to 8 years of relevant experience working as a Project/Implementation manager in a SaaS-based product company / large IT Services company.Proven working experience in project management

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of customer implementations

Ensure that all customer implementations are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget

Assist in the definition of implementation scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed implementation plan to monitor and track progress

Manage changes to the implementation scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques

Measure implementation performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Report and escalate to management as needed

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Perform risk management to minimize implementation risks

Meetings with clients to provide regular updates on progress, risks, defects, and issues affecting the implementation schedule or costs.Track implementation performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to implementation constraints based on financial analysis

Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager manages key client platform implementations. Implementation Management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of implementations on time within budget and within scope.
