Job Description:

Accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing management of more complex projects which typically impact more than one of the following: process, system, produce and/or function and may run a year in duration. Administrative support to two functional areas.

  • Solid Project Management and supervisory skills.

  • Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills.

  • Past experience acting as a project lead, directing a team, development of budgets and presentations.

  • Proven communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.

2-4 years of demonstrated Product Owner Experience

Demonstrated ability to managed multiple business functions/projects

Strong collaboration skills

Excellent time management skills

Strong writing skills

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively; including problem resolution and escalating project risks

Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of demonstrated Product Owner Experience

The Digital Product Lead will drive product vision and strategy, product definition and opportunity identification, and rapid experimentation. This senior level role requires a self-driven individual who can manage and drive cross-functional teams of senior leaders and individual contributors, both within the small "startup" team as well as in the larger parent organization. This position represents Iron Mountain to customers, prospects, partners, competitors, industry analysts and other significant constituencies, as well as representing those constituencies within Iron Mountain.
