Korn Ferry is seeking a Project Lead, Global Operations. This role will be based either in our Dallas, Texas Korn Ferry office or on-site with our client located in Columbus, Indiana.
Note, there is some flexibility on work location dependent on the right candidate.This role will primarily focus on tracking all client project work on a global scale. Reporting in on progress, prioritization, ensuring deadlines are met etc. You will collaborate with hiring leaders on a global scale and are expected to communicate directly and effectively.
In many instances' calls can be "after-hours" and you would be expected to be available, albeit remotely from home, to be on those calls. This role will report to the client Global Project Director and report in on all initiatives and their ultimate success.
