Project Executive- Semi-Conductor & Aerospace

Our client, a leading design-build real estate developer, is currently seeking a dynamic Project Executive to join their team This is your chance to make a significant impact in the Semi-Conductor & Aerospace or Automotive sectors, with the flexibility to choose your preferred location from our offices in Phoenix, Austin, Denver, Atlanta, Georgia, or Milwaukee. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients in the Semi-Conductor & Aerospace or Automotive sectors to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations. Project Oversight:

Manage and oversee customer experience initiatives across multiple locations, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in design, engineering, and project management to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Travel: While not full-time, occasional travel to different locations may be required.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record in Customer Experience roles, preferably in the Semi-Conductor & Aerospace or Automotive sectors. Location Flexibility:

Ability to work from preferred locations – Phoenix, Austin, Denver, Atlanta, Georgia, or Milwaukee. Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate flexibility in handling various responsibilities. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively. Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $170k - $200k, with potential flexibility based on experience.

Performance Bonus: SPM with DPR ranging from $180k - $210k. Comprehensive Benefits:
