Lead Complex Projects: Oversee groundbreaking healthcare projects, such as large acute care hospitals or ambulatory facilities near our regional offices or at travel-required locations.
Expand Our Presence: Collaborate with the National Healthcare Practice Leader to grow our portfolio nationally.
Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Guide Preconstruction Efforts: Ensure seamless collaboration during preconstruction to align scope, budget, and design.
Deliver Excellence: Drive project success with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Mentor Teams: Inspire, coach, and empower teams to reach their full potential while fostering accountability and innovation.

What We’re Looking For We are searching for a dynamic leader with:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
20+ years of experience managing large, complex healthcare projects, including ground-up builds.
Expertise in healthcare operations and capital facilities requirements.
Exceptional communication skills to engage with C-suite executives and boards.
Deep knowledge of building systems, regulatory codes, and healthcare-specific requirements.
A proven ability to build and lead highly effective teams with a focus on client goals.
A proactive, organized, and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Strong facilitation skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in delivery methods such as CM at Risk and design-build.
Experience with greenfield acute care hospitals or major campus expansions.
Membership and active participation in professional organizations.
Key Responsibilities Pursuit and Business Development:
Collaborate with the National Healthcare Practice Leader to identify and secure new opportunities.
Build and maintain client and A/E partner relationships.
Lead proposals, presentations, and project interviews.
Preconstruction Leadership:
Guide project setup, communication protocols, and risk management strategies.
Partner with owners and design teams to align scope and budget from conception through completion.
Leverage resources, including BIM/VDC, QA/QC, and sustainability teams.
Construction Oversight:
Monitor project staffing, schedules, financial health, and safety protocols.
Support field staff in developing phasing and construction sequence plans.
Ensure the successful execution of punch lists, closeout documentation, and lessons learned sessions.
Team Development:
Mentor and coach project management staff at all levels.
Drive training initiatives and build the next generation of leaders.
Office and Travel Requirements
Office: Work may take place at various job sites and/or corporate or regional offices.
Travel: Flexibility to travel for assignments lasting 12-24 months.
