Responsibilities:

  • The Project Executive will initiate, lead and maintain client service activities as well as direct or manage projects and local project teams.

  • Bring in Design build experience - DBIA and other certs.

  • Experience with 20M+ - prefer 100M and up.


  • 20M is good / >100M is target.


  • Management level project delivery oversight and practice building / leading activities.

  • Identifying and developing new federal business opportunities, and delivery of responsive, high quality services for projects.

  • Managing client relationships with clients and strategic business development efforts.

  • Securing new work and successfully negotiating and managing contracts.

  • Oversee work and project managers to ensure delivery of quality projects from both the firm and Client perspectives.

  • Responsible for mentoring and staff development including performance appraisals.

  • Contribute to firm's stature by actively participating in leadership roles in the community and/or professional societies.

  • Report to the regional operations and market leaders and assist with annual strategic and tactical planning activities.

  • Drive the preparation of large and strategic pursuit marketing proposals and presentations for federal healthcare clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Architecture Degree from a 5-year accredited university or a 4-year degree with a Master of Architecture. Current architectural registration is preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience focused on a combination of Healthcare business development, client management, strong architectural design skills and management.

  • Proven track record of winning work and serving clients through unblemished client references and name recognition throughout the healthcare industry.

  • Demonstrated success in business development and long-term relationship management for healthcare clients.

  • Must be willing and able to travel for project assignments.

  • Advanced knowledge of marketing and business development practices, principles. Advanced knowledge in strategic and business planning.
