We create and deliver brand and live experiences to our clients around the world. More than half the world's population has seen our work. We've dressed some of the highest-profile sporting and cultural occasions as well as cities and public spaces, corporate and retail environments. We offer sector-leading expertise in branding and live event production, both directly and in collaboration with agency partners.

Our Australia office delivers branded solutions for clients across the Australian sports sector, including AFL, Tennis, Soccer, Rugby, Cycling and Mass Participation Events. We recently provided all venue branding and signage for the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023.

We are looking for an ambitious and passionate individual to join our rapidly expanding Australia team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to start their career in the sports industry, in a practical and hands-on role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a key part of our project delivery team, contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of client projects. You will be required to work as part of a team and also to lead (with guidance) the delivery of smaller projects.

Tasks would include:

  • Supporting the project managers and operations team

  • Building strong communications with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders

  • Working as part of a supportive team but also able to take ownership of any given task.

  • Understanding and recording the Client's requirements (taking a brief)

  • Liaise with supply chain, designers and installers to provide formal quotations to clients.

  • Liaise with supply chain, designers and installers to successfully deliver projects

  • Create project documentation (manuals, SWMS, etc) and supervise delivery on site.

  • Arrange derig and sustainable disposal.

  • Maintain a project budget and be responsible for profitability.

  • Manage financial processes such as invoicing and generating POs.

  • Produce post event reports.

  • Attending internal meetings across the group and occasional site visits when required.

  • Using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Quest on daily basis.

Reporting:

  • Weekly WIP Team Meeting on Mondays

  • Daily communication with Operations Manager on live projects

  • Monthly check-ins on personal & professional development

You may be required to travel interstate or internationally and work outside usual business hours (including evenings & weekends) when a project delivery requires it.

You will have access to support from colleagues with additional experience and knowledge, but we are looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, relishes a challenge, thrives under pressure and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a hard job well done.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

  • Graduate degree qualified

  • Ideally a minimum of two+ years' experience working within the branding, event or printing industry.

  • Must have a good working knowledge of basic IT office software. (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent number skills (understanding of Excel, use of formulas for calculations and analysis)

  • Excellent communications skills - confident clear and articulate in verbal, written and presentational settings.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to break down and digest large amounts of information

  • A "hands on" "can do" attitude with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • A good understanding of digital artwork set up would be an advantage.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and to take ownership of key tasks or projects as required.

  • Ability to prioritise and think logically and methodically.

  • Passionate about exceeding client expectations.

  • Ability and willingness to travel interstate or internationally when required
