ORLANDO, FL WAGE RANGE: 62.00-70.00 PER HOUR JOB NUMBER: V2XJP00000407 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: • Technical Project Planning • Technical Project Assessment and Control • Technical Management • Technical Risk Management • Technical Resource Management • Communications Management • Configuration Management • Information Management • Quality Management • Technical Project Estimation JOB DESCRIPTION • Provides leadership in the department, helping to build and maintain strong core capability in robust design and development ensuring effective and efficient results from team • Works collaboratively with PMO to develop estimates and build and oversee execution programs as required • Supports all phases of the development process working with engineers to develop technical solutions and architectures, working with systems engineers to develop requirements, leading a multi-discipline development team to model, design, and test new products • Providing technical leadership to help resolve production issues, post-delivery failures, as well as obsolescence and supply chain issues • Leverages broad based technical background with the ability to lead multi-disciplined technical teams • May be responsible for TDP cost and schedule management and oversee supplier engagement for the lifecycle of both development and sustainment programs • Develops the estimates and prepares plans Oversees the engineering work from kickoff to closeout of task Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
