We are seeking an individual with a real passion for developing groundbreaking products and innovation. As a Project Engineer in Showering & Bathing, you will:

  • Inspire and invent creative new products that revolutionize the Showering & Bathing product categories, including smart-home-connected products.

  • Be part of a highly multi-functional global team that work together to bring products to market that lead our industry and delight our customers.

  • Carry out in-depth design and development work as well as determine technical feasibility of new product concepts.

  • Use system-level engineering to develop comprehensive test plans and risk analysis including mechanical, material, electrical, software, and field tests.

Skills/Requirements

This position requires: product development, project management, design, analysis, development, and testing of products and components. In addition, you will lead projects of moderate complexity. Experience with systems engineering and requirement management is a plus.

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university is required. Any engineering degrees to be considered given adequate demonstration of mechanical aptitude.
  • A minimum of 2 years of engineering experience. Product development experience is preferred.
