Job Title : Project Engineer (Construction Industry) Location : Nevada, Las Vegas / Henderson (In Person) Ideal Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (Required) Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering in the construction industry or equivalent (Required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and familiarity with construction-specific software like Bluebeam and CMiC (Required) Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. About the Role As a Project Engineer at Oltmans, you will be instrumental in supporting our Project Managers in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and industrial construction. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for construction excellence. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project submittals, RFIs, and documentation to maintain seamless workflows.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure safety and quality compliance. Prepare, review, and manage owner and subcontractor change orders, project close-out documents, and other critical records. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals.

Perform regular site walks and assist project supervision with documentation creation (RFI's, monthly reports, extra work order tracking, photos, etc.). Review subcontractor proposals and begin to author scope(s) of work for minor trades. Support bidding and estimating processes. What We Offer A collaborative and innovative work environment.
