As a Project Engineer for the NGG program:
Support the NextGen GEO Ground team in ensuring an up-to-date engineering training program that can be utilized as a resource for existing and new employees.
Coordinate, schedule and record training sessions (examples NGG 101, NGG 201, Product Area Deep Dives, emerging technology presentations, Agile info sessions, etc.)
Set-up an organized training repository for employees to easily navigate and be able to get up to speed quickly on new topics.
Coordinate/Collect/Report/Respond to employee feedback regarding training program
Be the welcoming face of the NGG organization for onboarding new employees
Send welcome emails and information to new employees with first day meet-up and onboarding information
Create welcome packets for employees first day
Coordinate with employee's manager to ensure new employees are set-up for seamlessly integration with their product team for the employees first 1-2 weeks on the program.
Create, coordinate, and host new employee on-boarding event (weekly/bi-weekly typically on Mondays)
Monitor training program metrics
Meet with NGG managers weekly to prepare/coordinate for employee onboarding
Support Ad hoc tasking by NGG leadership team
Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

Experience in a customer service industry
