Job Summary: GENERAL SUMMARY/PRIMARY FUNCTION

Responsible for understanding, upholding and promoting CSG's Critical Success Factors, 1) Safety First!; 2) Financial Success (including operational excellence); 3) Employee Satisfaction (including development and training), and 4) Customer Satisfaction. Promote OEG's Core Values, safety culture and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI). Primary duties include:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Tracking construction contract design changes and updates
Tracking of project construction progress in addition to tracking job costs
Coordinating design changes within construction team
Assist with preparation of change orders and maintenance of project change order log
Assist with development and maintenance of project schedule
Assist with development and maintenance of submittals log and RFI logs
Ability to prepare project submittals and submit written RFIs to client
Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: College degree or completion of Electrical Apprenticeship preferred; however, not required
Ability to read/interpret/analyze construction schedules
Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Extensive document controls experience
Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Key Skills & Competencies Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Working knowledge of job cost tracking
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Familiarity with Access a plus Additional Information Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
