If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent role where you will be integral in leading and managing various projects in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed effectively and efficiently, meeting all specifications, deadlines, and budgetary constraints. This role requires a solid understanding of PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, control plans, print reading, root cause, corrective action, and status. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a wide range of projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Coordinate and direct project design, development, and testing activities to ensure all project requirements are met. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Utilize PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, control plans, print reading, root cause, corrective action, and status to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in all project activities. Monitor project progress and performance regularly and provide status updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, quality control, and other engineering departments.

Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related concerns. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience with PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, control plans, print reading, root cause, corrective action, and status. Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively delegate tasks, balance multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. Proficient in using project management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
