Our client is looking for Junior Project Engineer to join their team. 200 year plus global metal products company supplies leading aircraft, vehicle, and machinery industries. Project management responsibilities:

Preliminary evaluation; Project design; Cost estimation; Capital project development; Project scheduling and coordination; Installation, commissioning and debugging.
Engineering responsibilities:

Plant process flow evaluation and recommendations; Plant equipment evaluation and recommendations; Contractor coordination; Drawing modification and updating; Plant shutdown planning and coordination; Technical support and troubleshooting; Technical service coordination.
Hands on trouble shooting and maintenance:

Maintain existing equipment; Identify potential problems and solutions; Assist electricians in troubleshooting, problem solving and corrective action; Assist with other duties as assigned by Management.


Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or a combination of education and/or training with comparable work experience is required.

Passport and some minor travel may be required.
3-5 years-experience in project management and industrial background of power distribution, power systems, low, medium, and high voltage, electrical control systems (i.e. Allen Bradley, PLC), troubleshooting, material handling equipment, facilities engineering, is preferred.

Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E Codes

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required * Licensed Industrial Engineer/Lean Practitioner preferred * 1 – 4 years Process/Production/Industrial Engineer, Engineering Superintendent/Supervisor/Coordinator or in a related occupation experience * 2 Years Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma/6S Experience * 2 Years Process ISO 9000 Quality Systems experience * 2 Years Fastener manufacturing processes and associated technologies such as heat treatment and plating * Mathematical Reasoning: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. * Reading: Ability to read and interpret documents such as architectural and structural plans. * Comprehension/Speaking/Writing: Safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
