Project Engineer - Cranes

Guy M. Turner, Inc. is looking for a Project Engineer for the company's crane division. This position is located in Greensboro, NC at the company's headquarters. Candidates must live or be willing to relocate to the Greensboro/Piedmont Triad area to be considered.

The purpose of this position is to provide the Guy M. Turner crane department with engineering concepts, estimates, and support.

Job Description:

• Use engineering/mathematical/physics/quantitative knowledge as a member of the sales and project management team

• Time will be spent in both an office and field environment. Frequent time will be spent in the field on job sites

• Obtain working knowledge of Turner's crane and rigging equipment in order to provide solutions to customer needs

• Create and formulate crane rental quotes/estimates

Qualifications:

• College degree (preferred) in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related-field.

• Must live or be willing to relocate to the Greensboro/Piedmont Triad, NC area

• Excellent oral and written communication

• Excellent mechanical aptitude

• Strong creative thinking and organizational skills
