Location: Napa, CA
Position Reporting: This role reports to the Senior Project Manager.

Compensation Package:

• Base salary range: $85,000 to $125,000

Responsibilities:

• The Project Engineer will be instrumental in the preconstruction phase, focusing on planning, budgeting, and team organization.
• They will handle project documentation, including RFIs, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• The role requires effective communication regarding project scope, detail changes, and budget adjustments.
• Collaboration with a professional team is essential to manage and adhere to project timelines.

• The Project Engineer will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams.

Candidate Profile:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
• The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a Project Engineer position.
• Proficiency in construction management software (such as CMiC, ProCore), Microsoft Project, and the Office suite is essential.
• Strong communication skills, coupled with the flexibility and adaptability to function effectively in various team environments, are necessary.
• The candidate should have robust organizational skills and a keen interest in fieldwork to contribute significantly to project success.
