Project Engineer

Description:

Bachelors in Engineering or advanced physics degree

Prior Project management experience with multiple steps they have overseen

Candidate must come from EITHER a Welding or Machining background (does not have to have both)

Strong understanding/hands on background within fabrication

Strong understanding of welding and risks that come with working within a machine shop environment

Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and understanding GD&T

Skills:

Project management, gd&t, product development engineering, new product development, mechanical engineering, project timelines, project engineering, ASME certification, machine shop, fabrication, welding, welding engineering, quoting, leak testing, bom, bill of material, work instruction, process development, pressure vessel, pressure chamber, vacuum systems, vacuum chamber, cryogenics, cryogenic distribution box, natural gas

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

PLUS HAVES:

Master or PHD Degree in Engineering

ASME Certification/background VII B31.3

EIT Certification (precursor to PE)

Intermediate Level
