Job Description

The Project Engineer will join our R&D Process Engineering team, focusing on new product conception across various industries. You will be working on cutting edge products across multiple industries that have not yet hit the market. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle from idea creation to defining manufacturing steps. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple process engineers to meet project timelines and budget objectives, without having direct reports. Key responsibilities include documenting and supervising program requirements, technical specifications, and transforming these into actionable implementation roadmaps.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Zeeland, Michigan.

Work Environment

The role offers a hybrid work environment, combining office settings with manufacturing floor presence. The typical work week consists of 45 hours, usually from 7 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility in start times.
