Project Engineer

Description:

A day in the life: Different duties everyday.

• They will start in the office tracking materials, ordering materials, coordinating with Director of construction or the PM. If there is a self perform aspect of a job, this person will make sure those guys have what they need from a material standpoint.

• Emailing , subcontract communication, writing a contract for the subs, reviewing contracts

• If they are getting awarded a new a job, this person will be responsible for having an understanding of what the job entails/ hold meetings on zoom or in person check ins with clients

• Red team is their PM software
