How will you contribute to the team? Key point of contact for the Client, actively managing and ensuring consistency of delivery and compliance with standards.

Play a key role leading pursuits and writing proposals. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, both public and private, as well as representatives of local, state and federal regulatory agencies. Provide leadership to core delivery teams, driving change and monitoring performance of project managers, business partners and contractors.

Assists project staff in developing work plans; reviews and approves schedules, budgets, project milestone dates, and work products. Defining clear lines of communication and responsibilities, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to ensure efficient use of resources and production of cost-effective solutions. Actively identifying and managing risk.

Serve as a technical manager and/or project manager for projects; provide technical oversight. Ensure QA/QC procedures are being implemented. What will you contribute?

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering. Professional Engineering license is required. This level may be achieved by technical professionals or managers with twelve years of experience since B.S. or eleven years since M.S., with at least three of these years in the Senior Project Manager position with highly complex project management responsibility.

Able to demonstrate strong leadership with experience of building and managing diverse, collaborative teams, and working collaboratively as an individual. Understanding of technical, quality and safety processes, with proven experience in delivering programs of FHWA and DOT transportation projects. Commercial management experience, able to support pricing and estimating activities, monitor cost and schedule performance.
