With a substantial pipeline of work, they are looking for a project developer to support their lead developer on the delivery of these projects. Job Description The Project Development Manager

• Utility Scale Projects will be responsible for Assist with site selection, feasibility, and greenfield project scouting. Support land acquisition and negotiate leases with landowners.
  
  Facilitate permitting processes at local, state, and federal levels. Oversee third-party consultants for site studies and compliance. Manage subcontractors and consultants on-site.
  
  Track project progress and report to senior management and investors. • Utility Scale Projects will have Minimum of two (2) years experience contributing to the development of renewable energy projects in the US Experience in working on utility scale solar, wind or storage Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once Bachelor's degree is required What's on Offer The Project Development Manager
