The Position:

As a result of the continued demand for our products and services, we are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented candidate to join our consulting team. The Project Delivery Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing the ongoing support required for the Pegasystems consulting delivery methodology. You will act as a trusted advisor responsible for guiding the customer through the process of our software implementation. The ideal candidate will work both as a knowledge manager and an individual contributor for the methodology artifacts associated with Pegasystems delivery models.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with the creation of delivery methodology artifacts

  • Support the enablement of the Consulting Services organization and collaborate with other departments to ensure the adoption. This will involve presenting to new hires and sometimes to external parties.

  • Promote and manage the feedback loop between the client facing field organization and the Product teams

  • Help to harvest from the field and standardise the artifacts that will drive Pegas services delivery approach

The Person:

You are a self-starter and is comfortable presenting in front of a group. You also enjoy the challenge of creating content and delivering in a hands on workshop environment. You are willing and able to proactively help provide support and help enable organizations with delivery methodologies in a positive, enthusiastic manner.

Qualifications will include:

  • 3+ years of software project experience

  • Understanding of project management theory

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with tools such as Project, Power Point, Excel & Word

  • Knowledge and experience with software development lifecycle

  • Knowledge of what a content management system is and willingness to learn how to maintain one

  • Effective interpersonal skills including facilitation skills and conflict resolution

  • Experience working in a large global environment

  • Ability to work with individuals of varying degrees of technical understanding

  • Scrum Master Certification a plus

The project manager will plan and manage small, well-defined projects or sub-projects under the general direction of the lead eBuy project manager. </p> <p> </p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate Purchase to Pay activities on behalf of the business <ul> <li>Provide superior customer service</li> <li>Coordinate reporting generation and distribution</li> <li>Support the development and maintenance of project and program plans.
