Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Candidate will be working from our client's office and provide on-site support on the Nuvolo solution.
Candidate will assist in troubleshooting Nuvolo application issues, support data requests, meet with end-users to answer questions on system functionality, perform system configurations.
Manage the Deloitte support team and coordinate Nuvolo application requests from end-users and client stakeholders.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, product owners, project team members, and client representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from management.
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Qualifications
Required
4 plus years of ServiceNow implementation experience or Nuvolo experience
ServiceNow certification
Good understanding of multiple ServiceNow applications and modules
Project Management skills
Functional skills in IT ticket management
Ability to translate technology functionality into process improvements
Must be willing to relocate to North West Arkansas and willing to work at client site. Relocation assistance is available.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP IBP (integrated business planning)Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our SAP implementation projects, you will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions tailored to meet our clients' specific needs. Additionally, your proficiency in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) will be essential in integrating and optimizing retail-specific functionalities within the SAP landscape.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solution designs.
Configure and customize SAP IBP modules to align with clients' demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain management processes.
Integrate SAP IBP with SAP CAR to enable real-time data analysis and forecasting, particularly in retail environments.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for client stakeholders and end-users.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP IBP and SAP CAR implementations, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.
Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, best practices, and industry trends related to IBP and CAR functionalities.

Required:
Required Qualifications
5 + years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support projects.
Strong expertise in configuring and customizing SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
In-depth knowledge of SAP CAR, with hands-on experience in implementing retail-specific functionalities such as omnichannel analytics, merchandise planning, and sales forecasting.
Proficiency in integrating SAP IBP with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Consulting experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.

Strong process knowledge in ServiceNow to track incidents and work on the issues.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP certification(s) in IBP and/or CAR
Understanding of the concept of SAP FIORI in the context of SAP Finance.
Familiarity with the concept of RICEFWs.
Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and Analysis for Office.
