Schedule of Operation: Hours may change due to the needs of the KBS operations.

• Workdays: Monday-Friday; 2pm to 11pm

Weekends as needed.

Project Supervisor are always on-call while on duty.

Hourly Rate: $22 per hour

Position Summary:

the Project Crew Lead provides direction to a crew for specific projects within the scope of a facility. Thiis is in a fast-paced environment looking to achieve specific goals and outcomes. Provides guidance and related instruction to the Crew, works with management to support and communicate staffing issues and or changes, ensures that services meet required Company standards, and that work is performed safely and effectively. Completes daily quality control inspections. Leads are the customers "go to" for questions, concerns and request

• Establishes, maintains, and promotes an on-going work responsive relationship with the client, onsite vendor, and housekeeping staff. • Ensures that associates and vendor are adhering to company policies and procedures. • Oversee and complete special projects or additional duties as required. Minimum Qualifications Valid driver's license. Ability to use various floor care machines and other electronic equipment necessary to facilitate daily cleaning and maintenance.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals

• Must be extremely flexible regarding shift needs.
