Project Costing Staff Accountant

Responsibilities Classification: Non-Exempt / Non-Bargaining Position may be located remote. LI-Remote Serving as the central point of contact for all project costing issues for an assigned area Analyze data to find issues and recommend solutions or policy changes when applicable Performing all accounting functions related to capital projects (including review for adherence to capitalization policy, review of project actuals for closing to fixed assets, project status maintenance and reporting) Assisting with period closing processes Performing capital project aging analysis to ensure timely project closes. Preparing journal entries Performing account reconciliations Preparing audit work papers and schedules, as required Other duties specific to Property Accounting Working Hours

• Monday thru Friday 8:00 am
