We are seeking a Project Coordinator. You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all assigned projects. Exercises judgment in decision-making to ensure efficient progression and successful completion of projects, including developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, meetings, deliverables, communications, and documentation.

Role Overview: Coordinate departmental Tissue Implant Tracking activities and ensure records comply with regulatory agencies. Coordinate departmental IT information Security reviews for new technologies.

Facilitate departmental technical billing activities, charge master optimization, and billing compliance reviews. Lead or coordinate departmental projects or process improvement initiatives. Key Qualifications: 2 years of demonstrated experience in the field of project management.

Microsoft Excel expert-level skills. Data Analysis skills Proficiency in Medical/Surgical Terminology. Familiarity with hospital technical billing.

Fundamental knowledge of project management principles Core Skills: You possess a diverse skill set that enables effective communication tailored to various audiences. Your adaptability allows you to navigate evolving circumstances with ease, ensuring seamless alignment with shifting demands.
