The Role

Korn Ferry is searching for a Project Coordinator/Reporting Analyst to be based in Wilmington, DE.

As a Project Coordinator/Reporting, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team, candidates and clients throughout various aspects of the full life cycle recruitment process.

Key Accountabilities

Project Coordinator

  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process by scheduling candidate interviews (phone, video, in-person) including travel

  • Working closely with the recruiting team to ensure all interviews are confirmed and, if applicable, interview feedback is received

  • Partnering with the recruiting team to ensure project metrics are achieved

  • Documenting, tracking, and maintaining records and the status of requisitions in the Korn Ferry database

  • Developing tools and solutions for recurring client requests. Suggesting process improvements to help create efficiencies

  • Providing responsive and proactive customer service via telephone, e-mail, etc.

  • Managing, reviewing and sending HR and/or recruiting-related correspondence and documents to clients and candidates

Reporting Analyst

  • Maintain weekly/monthly pipeline reports. Identify important trends, measure performance against goals, and alert teams to concerning issues

  • Proactively apply analytical and research skills to monitor trends and elevate issues due to data variances

  • Working alongside the Project Director, prepare materials and analyses for leadership meetings (internal and external) and proactively apply analytical and research skills to monitor trends and elevate issues due to data variances

  • Monitor and validate data ensuring high-quality information is collected and accurately stored

Skills & Experience

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, administrative experience or scheduling experience and reporting analysis experience

  • High School Diploma

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Position Description Office of Fair Lending is seeking a qualified Project Manager to manage critical time sensitive projects and staff assignments and workload.
