UCI is looking for a Project Coordinator to work for our direct client in the 2 Broadway/420 Lexington Avenue, NY area. (Remote) Face to Face Interview
Role:- The IT Strategy & Program Management Office division of IT Department is seeking a temporary consultant for 12 months to provide Project Coordination support for Enterprise Applications within the Program Management office (PMO) portfolio.
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project coordinator portfolio management and project support and/or related work

Experience in Application Rationalization required

Experience with Enterprise Applications such as Time keeping, Document Management and Crew scheduling systems

Experience with ITIL processes

Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation

Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines

Ability to manage rapidly and frequently changing priorities

Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management

Functional knowledge of project management methodology and tools

Advanced, high level proficiency of Microsoft Office products (Visio, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Microsoft Project)
