If this sounds like a career for you, apply to be a part of our great team. Tri Pointe Homes Bay Area is looking for an experienced individual to join our talented group as a Project Coordinator. Position Highlights:

Coordinates tasks and provides professional administrative support to the Project Management department. Position Responsibilities: Phone calls, messages, email, scanning, copying, mailing Assist with internal coordination and communication of important items between Project Management and internal team (land development, construction, land acquisition and sales) Ensure all data and documents are organized and filed properly Scan and accurately file project related documents using the company network drives per policies and procedures Accurately save and file plans on the company network drives and manage the plan tracker Generate contracts and track invoices and payments for third party consultants and vendors Obtain, process, file and track utility contracts Assure proper coding for all fees and invoices Complete applications for building permits, school fees, impact fees, and all fees related to project approvals and DRE Assist Project Manager with coordinating submittal packages to governmental agencies Understand and track when fees are due update fee budgets Process additional permits as necessary for pre-plotted options Assist Project Manager with updating the project schedule, and coordinating and tracking DRE reports in Jobs-in-Progress Update and distribute the Jobs-in-Progress Distribute and/or printout reports, including Sales Reports, Market Data, Bond Reports and Ryness Reports Receive and distribute construction plans and documents to external and internal teams Understand each city's administrative requirements for processing plans, plots, permits, fees, etc.

Distribute construction start memos Prepare master sequence sheets using approved plot plans Compile books, notes and materials related to projects, lender, frame walk, CFD, project tours, corporate presentations, etc. Assist Project Manager in filing any corporate presentations and business plan Assist Project Manager with DRE, HOA and CC&R administration for each project Participate on HOA boards with management oversight Assist Project Manager with HOA common area turn over process and documents Update and distribute plan tracker, plot plans, addenda and disclaimers Assist Project Manager with updating Market Charts and preparing Pricing Memos Set-up new communities in JD Edwards Enterprise One (E-1) Travel to submit and pull permits, pay fees Other duties as assigned Position Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required A Minimum of 2 years of previous administration experience related to homebuilding preferred Strong organization skills, attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requires the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with internal team members and external parties. Ability to multi-task and be self-directed in a fast-paced environment.

Not afraid to ask for help when needed, but also ready take the ball and run with opportunity. Good team player, enthusiastic, with a positive "can-do" attitude. A problem solver with strong analytical skills.

Requires intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. Experience in Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One (E-1) accounting system an asset. Valid unrestricted Driver's License; vehicle insurance.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $26.49-42.74 per hour, equivalent to $55,100-88,900 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.

Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company's applicable incentive plan document.
