Our client has been an infrastructure industry leader in the Clearwater area for over 150 years. Due to business expansion, we are currently searching for reliable and motivated candidates to fill their open Project Coordinator position.
Assisting and supporting the Project Manager in their daily duties.
Overseeing permitting procurement and communicating directly with the permit manager with any issues.
Involved in coordinating projects from inception to completion.
Track and report project progress.
Update documentation and reports, to include data entry.
Assist and/or perform duties as recommended by supervisor.
Minimum of High School Diploma Required.
Above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Basic Sign Knowledge preferred.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented, organized, able to work with multiple individuals at all levels.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in support of several individuals and projects.
