1.Provide project and administrative support to senior management.
2.Ability to complete multiple tasks related to the implementation of new and expansion of existing projects.
3.Assists with the generation and formatting of reports and presentations.
4.Posts and/or distributes project reports as directed by Implementation Director.
5.Attends meetings, prepares agendas, meeting minutes, and other meeting documentation as needed.
6.Interface and coordinate activities between various teams.
7.Conducts research and assists with gathering information and materials as requested.
8.Maintains confidential and sensitive information.
9.Meets all standards established for this position.
Associate s Degree and/or a minimum of five (5) years Project Coordinator and/or administrative experience supporting project managers or project management office; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position; advanced knowledge of project management software such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Project, as well as the ability to quickly learn other software programs; highly developed organizational, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills. Excellent written communication skills; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; ability to exercise independent judgment; ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
