The Project Coordinator supports the implementation and consistent execution of zone/field/operational standards with a commitment to excellence and collaboration. The Project Coordinator works with clients to coordinate all aspects of environmental remediation, including; quotes, scheduling testing, getting lab results, scheduling pickup and invoicing of waste material produced at job site. The Project Coordinator must be able to prioritize, handle sensitive information with confidentially and meet deadlines. The Project Coordinator must be innovative, committed, use independent judgment and be able to organize a diversified workload.
Work cooperatively with Operations Managers to deliver support for the business to grow profitably and safely
Work cooperatively with administrative staffs to ensure policies and procedures are followed
Coordinate with and supports EHS and Fleet departments with the needs of the locations
Answers phones, takes messages, and provides service to clients.
Assist with the process, forms, flow of information for job bids, pre-job set up, job set up, schedules and reschedules, project data sheets, crew packets, NOIs, purchase orders/work orders, bid logs, check sheets, job logs, tailgate/safety inspections, permits, and weekly operation reports.
Assist with and maintain DOT records, audits, mileage and inspection logs and reports, well logs, hole reports, training logs, exception reports, utilization reports, and enter data into computer and hard copy files.
Assist with permits, licensing and employee certifications.
Coordinating travel and accommodations
Coordinate logistics for meetings and training
Prepare presentations and reports as required
Assist with ordering office supplies, keep office area clean, orderly and organized.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or equivalent experience
Five years of drilling or related construction experience
Demonstrated leadership performance
Good communication and writing skills
Knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations including OSHA, Worker Compensation, and L & I
Knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures
Working Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
