How do you excel in this position

The Project Coordinator will manage a set of assigned administrative responsibilities in one or many stages from project conception to completion. This position may support activities including pre-sales and/or post-sale tasks depending on the nature of the revenue type being supported and stage of the project.

What are we looking for:

  • High School Diploma and 2 years of related billing/admin experience required.

  • Degree in Business or Accounting or 3 years of related billing/admin experience is preferred.

  • Possesses superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies within project billings.

  • Adequate knowledge of accounting and/or billing practices and procedures a plus.

  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
