Project Coordinator--Roofing

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Roofing Coordinator to join our team. The Roofing Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of roofing projects from start to finish. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Title: Roofing Coordinator

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Wichita, KS

Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data for roofing projects

• Accounts Receivables

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices

• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly

• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle

• Attend educational seminars and company events

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in roofing or construction coordination preferred

• Demonstrated efficiency with time management

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Must possess strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new programs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members

• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
