The project coordinator will work closely with Senior Project Manager and Director of the Mood and Psychosis Research Program to assist in the execution of projects focused on improving outcomes for individuals with mental illness, such as bipolar disorder and major depressive disorder.
The Project Coordinator performs the following essential functions:
Work closely with the Senior Project Manager, Director, and Principal Investigators to build project plans, and assist study teams to execute plans in compliance with appropriate regulatory guidelines through startup, implementation, and data analysis.
Assists in managing quality assurance of data across research protocols, evaluate the quality and timeliness of data entry, issue, track and resolve queries, implement corrective action plans as needed.
Assists with maintaining standard operation procedures for the conduct of clinical studies within the program per scientific, IRB and FDA guidelines.
Conduct neurocognition trainings and certifications for external sites as part of collaborative research projects under direction of the Director.
Assists with the training of staff on all applicable study document management.
Analyze data and prepare reports for publication when needed.
Conduct clinical research assessments when needed.
Perform daily tasks required for tracking program progress and support of all other program activities.
All other research and administrative duties as assigned by the Director and Senior Project Manager.
The Project Coordinator must satisfy the following minimum qualifications:
