Your Impact

The Professional Services Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring successful coordination of Axon Interview Room internal and external resources, product shipments, and revenue recognition reporting and tracking activities. You will support the campaign to deploy and support evidence capture devices, digital evidence management and SaaS solutions to more than 15,000 police departments in the United States and abroad; evangelizes Axon business values and technical benefits to law enforcement. The Professional Services Project Coordinator is a customer-facing, front line role, and facilitates the deployment of Axon products and solutions.

Your Day to Day

  • Interface with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Shipping and Professional Services resources to ensure order processing and fulfillment occur within required time frames

  • Customer interface: Coordinate scheduling with customers and internal resources. Respond to customer queries regarding Axon Interview operation and troubleshooting

  • Act as a supplemental on-site resource for system installation oversight, system configuration, and customer training

  • Project plan development, IE; interfacing with PSO and Sales Ops resources to validate estimated work effort and duration required per task based on complexity and scope.

  • Document customer feature requests and issues, providing feedback to sales and product management

  • Proactively work to prevent post sales issues that shorten time to revenue

  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants

  • Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

  • Other duties as required

Basic Qualifications

  • Project management and project coordination

  • Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in one or more of the following areas of specialization: Digital video, digital audio, mobile communications, embedded Systems, SAAS and on-premise data management

  • Understanding of software and/or hardware, testing and implementation

  • Understanding and conversant about company, solutions and product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats

  • Ability to work effectively without direct supervision

  • Technical knowledge and consultative skills

  • Willingness to take ownership of account related actions

  • Must be able to coordinate across various groups and functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to implement, drive and track projects

  • Willing to travel to assigned client cities throughout North America intermittently, and travel as needed for company meetings and training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management and resource tracking

  • Experience with SAAS or on-premise data management support

  • Some professional experience interacting with/supporting law enforcement or military preferred

  • General technology design, concepts, or support

  • Networking and IP camera knowledge
