Salary Range: $23.102 - $28.085 per hour

Essential Functions and Objectives:

The Post-Secondary Readiness Project Coordinator will provide administrative and project coordination support to the Office of Post Secondary Readiness team, reporting to the PSR Chief of Staff to complete duties assigned. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting project intake, project tracking, project coordination and support of individual project lead needs.


Knowledge, Experience Other

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative and business support role, including experience with school leadership teams and cross-functional groups.

  • Experience working with a Project Management Office (PMO) or project setting, understanding program and project processes and methodologies, and supporting processes and projects across multiple levels of the organization is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and organization skills, and strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with hands on experience working with complex, multi-phase projects.

  • Strong command of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and MS Project.

  • Experience in a secondary school setting.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience.
