Job Summary:
Project Coordinator will serve both the OSU Emergency Medicine group and Sports Medicine for Tulsa and Stillwater. This position will support departments as well as the OSU administrative team with project management, dashboard reporting, quality oversight support, and data analytics. This includes, but is not limited to, clarifying data requirements, participating in project scoping processes, generation and submission of reports, assisting in investigating the problems in the fields of quality of healthcare, involve in quality improvement processes, manage, and coordinate various analytics projects.

Position Qualifications:
Requirements:
2 years college or technical training or equivalent experience
Valid Driver's License
Previous healthcare experience
Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge:
Good organizational skills.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge or word processing, typing skills of 25 WPM and computer experience is essential.
Must be able to work as a team member with coworkers and providers.
Must be comfortable using Zoom video technology.
Must be comfortable using electronic medical records systems.
Ability to logically think and determine the next step to pursue.
Begin assignments without prompting, maintain productivity in both quantity and quality of work, and appropriately plan and organize work to maximize the resource utilization of the department.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of project management or data analytics experience
Knowledge of commonly used clinical terminology
Patient scheduling and/or referral experience
