Title:Project Coordinator
Location: Pataskala, OH
Duration: 6 months

Required: Strong Project Coordinators that know financials


At least 2 years of project manager and/or project coordinator duties/assignments.

MS Project (critical path/dependencies) experience

Working knowledge of IT retail and eCommerce

Effective communication skills

Ability to run routine meetings independently

Ability to communicate well

Helps collect, interpret, analyze status and updates for leadership presentations and dashboard reporting

Creates requested management reports for the Program Managers and Senior Management on the status and issues effecting the project

Updates project financials; including budgeting and tracking of labor and vendor costs

Schedules project meetings; maintains agendas and disseminates meeting minutes

Ensures accurate and up-to-date information is maintained and distributed within the project team either verbally or written

Possess strong ability to plan and organize tasks

This position supports the Oracle Point of Sale and eCommerce programs for the client.


Basic Qualifications:

Understand fundamental project management concepts as defined by PMI

Assist project managers in execution of large scope projects

Ability to use experience and judgement in order to accomplish goals, practices and procedures

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of the Agile manifesto/principles/best practices


Meeting Coordination including scheduling, meeting room prep, meeting minutes and distribution

Invoice processing

Project financials management Oracle Financials

Clarity/CA PPM

Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

MS Project/SharePoint - Scope/Risk/issue/financial/budget management

Weekly + monthly formal status reporting

Quick to learn and in navigating among the teams and business individuals

Persistent, independent working

External vendor management / SOW management multiple vendors on the project

Job Summary The Local Network Engineer II responsibilities include design and preparation of Engineering Work Orders for land developments, new buildings, single line requests, Rehab, DSL, FTTN, FTTH, FTTT, Road Relocations, augmentation projects and special circuit requests. Utilizing the following tools; NDS, AutoCAD, Fireworks/Bidmaster, JDS, FORTE, WFMT, ARMOR, TIRKS, LFACS, and the full suite of Microsoft Office. As an OSP field engineer you will be assigned a geographic area and will be responsible for all OSP job requests. This position designs and acquires civil permits. Maintain positive interaction with Internal and External customers; maintain open conversation with Planning and all company departments providing high quality of service to the CenturyLink customers. Manage workload for a given area. Job Description * Apply a particular engineering discipline to plan, develop, design, and implement telecommunications systems, networks and plant facilities to accommodate demands for growth and new services in the most practical and economical manner. * Applies approved technologies and architectures for application to specific requirements for plant additions to respond to requirements for growth and /or new services. * Develop, and define plans for the implementation of new plant construction or modification of existing facilities to meet new or increased service demands or improve operating efficiencies * Prepare plans and specifications, to include gathering of field data, for new or additions to telecommunications systems. * Assure that the most feasible, practical and economical means to accomplish an objective is identified and that any alternatives are also defined for management evaluation. * Conduct formal meetings and/or presentations regarding engineering and construction plans for the receipt of pricing proposals or bids as required. * Stay abreast of industry issues and technologies through continuing education and participation in industry forums. * Assist, as required, other departments by providing engineering designs, cost estimates, studies, and provide technical solutions or documentation to provide service to a customer or assist the operation and maintenance of the plant. * Provide cost data to be used in support of the capital construction budgets for implementation of designs, new services, technologies, and industry requirements. * Develop project support requirements by identifying the scope of effort required by all parties involved and defining the total project requirements, communicating then to all parties and monitoring progress and cost and producing periodic reports. * Perform mathematical and statistical analyses and develop reports concerning the results of certain engineering and construction activities to determine the variance to established objectives. * Monitor and control project expenditures, preparing progress reports, defining problems encountered, and provide recommended solutions to management * Ensure that the documentation reflects the actual plant as-built data by onsite inspection and that it is correctly recorded in the CPR. * Make field visits and contacts to obtain the necessary permits and easements to place plant facilities along with preparing and filing the required documents. Qualifications Required * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and training. * Minimum 2-4 years of engineering knowledge and experience with a focus in construction engineering or telecom engineering. * Valid driver's license, with a satisfactory driving record MVR Required * Knowledge of current approved products and technology used in engineering remote electronics, FTTT, GPON, Ethernet , MTU, MDU, aid to construction (BART), Joint use poles and held orders. * Strong computer skills required, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.). Preferred * Experience with FireWorks/BidMaster, WFMT, NDS, and other CenturyLink proprietary systems. * Knowledge of OSP design and a willingness to learn and to support the Engineer II and Senior Engineers.
